Good manufacturing practice audit (GMP)
Good manufacturing practices are procedures that describe the methods, equipment, facilities and control required for producing cosmetics, human and veterinary pharmaceutical products, medical devices, processed food and biologically derived products. STR can assess whether manufacturers are operating to GMP.
As with our inspections teams we have a group of highly experienced Auditors located across all major producing countries. Auditors can be deployed to assess a factory and its capability to produce a particular product or to assess working conditions and the associated issues.
Accreditations
For over 20 years STR (UK) have been pioneers in the operation and development of independent accreditation schemes. Working on behalf of major retailers and high profile brands, we accredit suppliers and independent laboratories on their behalf on a worldwide basis.
With this background and experience we are able to offer our customers accreditation programmes covering textile testing and colour management. These programmes are managed centrally from our offices in the UK and meet specific customer requirements.
